Trump brags that he “won” lawsuit which was dismissed over technicality.

Yeah, that’s NOT what happened.

Courtesy of the Daily Mail:

President Donald Trump declared victory Friday in a brief chapter of the Russia-collusion saga, boasting he had ‘won’ a lawsuit that a judge tossed out of court Tuesday on a technicality.

A former Democratic National Committee employee and two party donors sued Trump’s campaign and his former adviser Roger Stone in July 2017 for invasion of privacy.

They claimed Stone and the campaign organization conspired with the anti-privacy group WikiLeaks and the Russian government to steal and publish DNC emails that exposed their social security numbers and other sensitive information.

‘Just won lawsuit filed by the DNC and a bunch of Democrat crazies trying to claim the Trump Campaign (and others), colluded with Russia. They haven’t figured out that this was an excuse for them losing the election!’ Trump tweeted on Friday.

Despite the president spinning the result as a vindication, U.S. District Court Judge Ellen Huvelle didn’t render a decision about the lawsuit’s merits.

She only ruled that the Protect Democracy Project, an anti-Trump group that filed the lawsuit, submitted it to the wrong court.

The lawsuit claimed longtime former Trump adviser Roger Stone had funneled hacked Democratic National Committee emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 election season

‘Washington, D.C., is not the proper venue for plaintiffs’ suit,’ Huvelle wrote in her decision.

‘It bears emphasizing that this court’s ruling is not based on a finding that there was no collusion between the defendants and Russia during the 2016 presidential election.”

So yeah, this ruling has nothing to do with whether or not Trump colluded with the Russians.

But here is Trump bringing it up yet again, just like guilty people are always prone to do.

The judge also said that those who filed the lawsuit failed to show that they had suffered any actual harm due to the exposure of their personal data.

It is also worth noting that despite Trump’s claims this lawsuit was NOT filed by the DNC, but rather a former employee and two donors.

In other words, Trump has lied, yet again.

FB>”I have published stories in Volume 1 and Volume 2 of Alternative Truths, from B Cubed Press.
Those stories are parodies of Trump.
The first imagines Trump giving Lincoln’s speech at Gettysburg, a rambling, disjointed improvisational riff on the Great Orator filled with liberty babies, Russians, and the greatness of dead soldiers. It hurt my brain to write it, like violently bending your limbs in directions they weren’t meant to go.
The second, a collaboration with Bob Brown, tells of Moses Trump come down from the mountain to deliver God’s word to the Hebrews. Imagining Trump’s interpretation of the Ten Commandments by combing through his speeches gave me a splitting headache which lasted for two days.
There’s a 3rd volume coming out later this year.
I won’t have a story in that volume. Instead, the editors have asked me to write the book’s forward.
Because it is no longer possible to parody this madness.
I mean, how in the hell do you parody THIS?

“I have broken more Elton John records, he seems to have a lot of records, and I, by the way, I don’t have a musical instrument, I don’t have a guitar or an organ, no organ. Elton has an organ. And lots of other people helping. No we’ve broken a lot of records. We’ve broken virtually every record. Because you know, look, I only need this space, they need much more room, for basketball, for hockey and all of the sports, they need a lot of room. We don’t need it. We have people in that space. So we break all of these records. Really we do it without, like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.”

Can’t they refile in correct jurisdiction?

Hell will freeze over the day trump tells the truth and his lie doesn’t change the fact he didn’t win.
