The Return of Hope Hicks. Maybe.

She’s back! Maybe.

Courtesy of CNN:

Former White House communications director Hope Hicks was spotted boarding Air Force One at a New Jersey airport on Saturday ahead of President Donald Trump’s departure for a campaign rally in central Ohio.

Hicks, who was one of the President’s longest-serving aides during the presidential campaign and in the White House, boarded the plane at the Morristown, New Jersey, airport, which is near the Trump Bedminster resort where the President is staying.

Hicks resigned from her White House role in February. Her resignation came a day after she testified before the House Intelligence Committee and said she had told white lies on the job. However, there was no indication that her resignation and the admission to the committee were connected.

Trump is becoming more and more isolated within the White House so it makes sense that he would want his pants presser back in the fold.

Why she would return is another question, after all, you didn’t see Rose and Jack scrambling back aboard the Titanic so they could ride it down to its icy grave.

So how much money do we think he is offering her right now?

I bet it’s a buttload.

Especially since Trump very likely wants to coordinate their stories, because Hicks is also being questioned by the Mueller team. In fact, she already has been questioned.

Hey, you don’t think that maybe the Mueller guys sent her into this meeting wearing a wire do you?

Because that would be awesome!

I still think Hicks will become wifey #4. Failing that, perhaps Trump’s mistress. DJT likes ’em younger and model pretty. Plus, Hicks is a friend of Ivanka’s and we all know how The Donald feels about this daughter. eww!

I thought the same thing when I first saw the photo of Hopey climbing the steps of AF1. In the photo above, Hopey sure looks like the third wife. Maybe Don the Con’s revenge for the third wife’s reported (by her spokesperson) support for LeBron James.

Third wife loves the high life. Want to impress me and make history? Divorce his ass. NOW.
Women like this piss me off…..I’m beautiful….no inner strength to make their own way.

Look at $arah, she has nothing upstairs. “I’ll shake it for you, baybee,” and a RW *star* is born.
          Good grief.

At least his pants will be pressed. If “I” had the iron, I would apply extreme pressure around the groin area.
Which is why I do not work in government. Did anyone think she left for good? C’mon…..it was a matter of time.

As far as I know, she’s a witness in the Mueller investigation. Is this not witness tampering? After all, the rightwing went batshit crazy when Obama and AG Loretta Lynch met “on the tarmac.”

Where was Melania while Hope was on AF1? Not that I’m suggestingTrump would try to do a little pussy-grabbing enroute to the Ohio rally . . . but . . .

    Witness tampering !!!

Some blogger made the comment that the third wife was backing LeBron because Hope was back. who knows who cares.

The fact that she is back, just shows how stupid she must really be, she escaped the sinking ship and returned. could it be because no one will hire her given her resume?

    • Anonymous August 5, 2018 at 1:06 pm - Reply

Would you hire her? Valid question, 11:37 AM, thank you. I see a calculating opportunist.

The real reason Hope Hicks was aboard Air Force One today with Donald Trump

…The key here is the timing. Just days ago, Mueller called Trump’s bluff on sitting down for an interview about the scandal. If Trump brought Hope Hicks onboard Air Force One today to try to get his story straight with hers before he testifies, then he committed felony witness tampering – and Mueller will charge him for it. Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that when it comes to committing these kinds of crimes, he can’t help himself, even as his attorneys advise him not to do it. Based on the timing, there’s also another realistic explanation.

This kind of “kingpin” interview between Donald Trump and Robert Mueller only happens once everyone else has been interviewed. It’s it’s entirely possible that Mueller is coordinating with Hope Hicks, and Trump doesn’t know it. For all we know, when he invited Hicks aboard Air Force One today to try to conspire with her, Mueller signed off on it, because it’ll give him first hand witness testimony about Trump’s witness tampering.

Keep in mind that if Mark Corallo’s reported claims about Hope Hicks prove to be true, it would mean she committed felony obstruction of justice. If Hicks is still playing for Team Trump, she’s going to prison for several years. However, if she’s playing for Team Mueller behind Trump’s back, she could potentially avoid prison altogether.

Why are her nipples hard? It’s August; can’t be that cold. I can’t imagine getting hard for the shit gibbon, so just what or who is she looking forward to on that plane? Ewwwww.

It’s not her nipples the bodice of the dress has very angularly truncated seams in the mid chest area, making it point like nipples. Ivanka often wears similarly-styled dresses.

Inside the Mind of Donald Trump,He’s grandiose, deceitful and paranoid—but don’t let him drive you crazy.

…Trump’s grip on reality will likely continue to diminish as he faces increasing criticism, accusations, threats of impeachment and potential criminal indictments. We can expect him to become more desperate, more extreme in his comments, more violent in his threats, and more reckless and destructive in his actions. His latest extreme threat to Iran is one example, and he is likely to return to similar threats to North Korea if he feels that Kim Jong Un is making him look weak and unsuccessful.

So how can we hold onto our own mental health in the face of the danger Trump poses? First, don’t use logic or rationality to try to understand or counter Trump’s statements and behaviors. He is driven not by reason but by negative emotions that are infectious. Trump thrives on creating fear and sowing confusion. He lies without guilt. Don’t match his emotion with your own.

In Their Rush To Help Trump, House Republicans Lowered The Standard For Impeachment

The members of the House Freedom Caucus actually damaged Trump by lowering the impeachment standard with the Rosenstein resolution. These House Republicans have laid the groundwork and made it easier for the next Congress to impeach Donald Trump. The next Congress is a logical assumption because there is no way that the current Republican-controlled House will begin impeachment proceedings before the midterm election.

Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, and company have set a precedent that is dangerous for Trump. The bar for impeachment has been lowered. It doesn’t matter if the Senate will convict Trump, if the House believes that Trump has committed impeachable offenses, they could tie up Congress for the next two years and effectively kill the Trump presidency.

Republicans were trying to save their president, but in their desperation, they made a critical strategic error that makes it easier for Trump to be impeached.

They won’t impeach Rosenstein until after Kavanaugh is confirmed. They have to rush his confirmation through before November. Then the window is so small they dare not move against Rosenstein right before they midterms or they’ll be shooting them selves in the foot.

Republican Efforts to Purge Voter Rolls Are Failing Ahead of the Midterm Elections
Crosscheck’s ongoing demise—and potential exclusion from being used in 2018 due to cyber-security risks—is a major unreported development.

As a key deadline approaches next week on updating statewide voter rolls before the November election, it appears a controversial data-mining operation mostly used by red states to purge legitimate voters is withering, or at least dormant, in 2018.

The Interstate Voter Registration Crosscheck program, known as Crosscheck, has been blasted in the press, academia, legal briefs, and federal court rulings for sloppy analytics that generate tens or hundreds of thousands of suspected duplicate voter registrations in member states. (It uses few data specifics, including common names, producing false positives.) Some of those states have used Crosscheck’s analyses to turn a bland voter roll bookkeeping process (removing dead people, people who moved) into a partisan cudgel. This June, a federal district court issued a restraining order against Indiana election officials to not use Crosscheck to prematurely purge its voter rolls.

Recent national reports about purge trends, such as Purges: A Growing Threat to the Right to Vote, from the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law, have detailed Crosscheck’s sloppy methodology and anti-participatory impact. For example, the Brennan report noted that Virginia’s use of Crosscheck’s data in 2013 (when the GOP dominated the state’s executive branch and legislature) resulted in up to a 17 percent error rate.

…At the very least, Brennan’s report suggests that Crosscheck is withering in 2018.

Ohio just “found” some ballots that narrows that race and Kobach has had to step away from counting ballots in his own race and low and behold ballots were found and that race has narrowed to 121 votes.

The TiVo presidency: Trump relives Trump

Like an NFL coach reviewing game film, President Trump likes to watch replays of his debate and rally performances. But instead of looking for weaknesses in technique or for places to improve, Trump luxuriates in the moments he believes are evidence of his brilliance.

Behind the scenes: Trump commentates as he watches, according to sources who’ve sat with him and viewed replays on his TiVo, which is pre-loaded with his favorites on the large TV in the private dining room adjoining the Oval Office. When watching replays, Trump will interject commentary, reveling in his most controversial lines. “Wait for it. … See what I did there?” he’ll say.

Trump has requested that they increase the size of the bed on the new Air Force One. Do you think he had Melania or Hope Hicks in mind when he made that request? Or maybe he was just planning on eating more McDonald’s and KFC while maintains his svelte weight of 239 pounds!?

I take it that the parental talk, “have you lost your MIND?” did not go well off season if it even happened.
