And the plot thickens.
Courtesy of CNBC:
Pornstar Stormy Daniels sued her former lawyer and President Donald Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen on Wednesday, claiming they jointly “hatched a plan” to get her to falsely deny an affair with Trump on Fox News.
Daniels’ suit alleges her ex-attorney, Keith Davidson, “abdicated his role as an advocate” for the actress, “and instead elected to be a puppet for Mr. Cohen and Mr. Trump.”
The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims that Trump knew Davidson and Cohen were talking to one another for his benefit, without Daniels herself having been aware of it at the time.
Daniels, who is now being represented by Michael Avenatti, claims Davidson breached his fiduciary duty to her and accuses Cohen of “aiding and abetting” Davidson in that breach of duty.
Avenatti actually obtained text messages between Cohen and Davidson to back all of this up.

Well, that’s fairly damning.
It should be pointed out that the lawyer, Davidson, was also the guy who orchestrated that payment from the National Enquirer to Playmate Karen McDougal to kill her story of an affair with Donald Trump. And McDougal accuses Michael Cohen of pulling the strings behind that deal as well.
I just have to wonder if there are any more women out there who Cohen and Davidson worked together to shut up and make go away?
By the way, this whole case is giving me a serious case of deja vu because as you may remember I have contended for years that Sarah Palin also somehow manipulated Levi Johnston’s lawyer into keeping him away from reputable reporters, screwing up his child support payments, and essentially bankrupting him.
So is this just what people in power do to keep unflattering stories out of the news cycle.
(He asks as if he did not already know the answer.)
Rudy Giuliani, that paragon of honesty and truthfulness, also weighed in on this case today.
Courtesy of CNN:
Rudy Giuliani told an audience in Israel that he does not think first lady Melania Trump believes that President Donald Trump had an affair with Stormy Daniels.
“She believes her husband, and she doesn’t think it’s true,” Giuliani said at the “Globes” Capital Market conference in Tel Aviv.
The former GOP mayor of New York also attacked Daniels, an adult film actress who alleges she had an affair with Trump more than a decade ago, personally and denied that sex workers had credibility.
“I respect women — beautiful women and women with value — but a woman who sells her body for sexual exploitation I don’t respect,” Giuliani said. “Tell me what damage she suffered. Someone who sells his or her body for money has no good name.”
First off, I seriously doubt that Melania Trump would believe her husband if he told her it was raining, even if she was at that moment being washed out to sea by the deluge.
The man lies about EVERYTHING!
Secondly, I do not think that Rudy is in a position to insinuate that anybody is a whore.
Stormy Daniels may allow men to have sex with her on camera for money, but she does not allow them to fuck away all of her integrity and self-respect, which is essentially what Donald Trump has done to Giuliani.
Avenatti on @MSNBC on Stormy Daniels’ ex-lawyer refusing to hand over texts: “There were additional text messages after March 2 … Those text messages, I can assure you, are ugly. We’re going to eventually get them and when we get them, it is our intention to publicize them.”
