Oh please, oh please, oh please!

Courtesy of Newsweek:

Roger Stone, a former Donald Trump aide who’s long been linked with special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian election interference, said he believes one of the president’s sons, Donald Trump Jr., will soon be indicted for “lying to the FBI.”

“I [predict], based on excellent sourcing, that the special counsel is going to charge Donald Trump Jr. with lying to the FBI,” Stone told James Miller of the conservative online outlet The Political Insider. “Notice they’re not charging him for having an illegal meeting with a Russian at Trump Tower because there’s nothing illegal about that meeting.”

Stone was referring to a controversial June 2016 Trump Tower meeting between Trump Jr. and other members of the campaign and a Russian lawyer who offered damaging information on then-candidate Trump’s opponent, Hillary Clinton.

I have to admit that I was going to give this story a pass because, you know, Roger Stone.

But then I remembered that I once had doubts about Michael Avanatti and Stormy Daniels until they blew the whole Michael Cohen story open.

And I also had doubts about Omarosa until she started dropping tapes like the goose who laid the golden egg.

So yeah, Roger Stone is a known liar and provocateur, but he is also in a position to find out things a bit earlier than the rest of us, so I think considering the week that Trump just had that this is not at all unlikely.

And personally I REALLY, REALLY hope it is true.

That’s funny. Malcolm Nance thinks that Roger Stone and Julian Assange will be the next to go down because they’re the bridge between the Russians and the Americans.

OT. The death of Senator McCain at this time in politics has media noting that McCain would stand up for what he believed in. It sucks to be Donald Trump even when Senator McCain passes away. I pray our coarse, crude and evil president stops bashing McCain in rallies.

Nah. He’ll take great pleasure in mentioning the thumbs down or something else about McCain. He will revel in it.

Purportedly, McCain requested President Obama deliver his eulogy. Thanks.Rump will be unable to keep his crass mouth shut over it if true.

Sarah Palin gave a great speech at the RNC when she was on the McCain train. If anyone should be invited to give a eulogy for McCain, that would be Sarah Palin. Shocking if McCain failed to specifically invite her.
