Remember that the Palin/Brazile debate is happening later this month.

There has not been a meeting of the minds like this since the Roadrunner tricked Wiley E. Coyote into allowing that anvil to fall on his head.

The GOP’s first female vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin and the first African-American to head a presidential campaign Donna Brazile are political trailblazers known for speaking their minds. In this powerful conversations, two of the most respected women in American politics examine our increasingly polarized country and the future of the Republican and Democratic parties.

There are still seats available kids so hurry and make other plans.

My favorite part of this is that admission will either be a cash donation or canned goods.

Of course, somebody might want to warn the event planners to stay low since the Palin family is used to delivering their canned goods at high speed and might knock an usher or ticket taker right the fuck out.

I hope this is televised as it has been a hot minute since we have seen Palin desperately fumbling to answer simple questions like “What do you read?” “Do you read?” And my favorite, “Who dressed you like that?”

    Meep. Meep.

  2. Anonymous September 3, 2018 at 1:57 pm

Seen yesterday, “coming to college campuses near you!”
    Pretty sure it’s only one.

  3. Anonymous September 3, 2018 at 2:05 pm

Donna Brazil’s had my respect, but she is dead to me now.

  4. Anonymous September 3, 2018 at 2:07 pm

I know right? I have a few cans of food in my pantry that I won’t be needing. I will take them directly to the food bank and bypass the talk of these two mouths with nothing worth hearing.

“two of the most respected women in American politics” ?? Donna Brazile is one. And the other would be??

    • Anonymous September 3, 2018 at 3:05 pm

Elizabeth Warren. Take THAT, Alaskan nothing.

  6. Anonymous September 3, 2018 at 3:04 pm

    “Who dressed you like that?”
Judging by the fair thumbnail pic earlier post, do you have to ask, Gryph?

    • Anonymous September 3, 2018 at 4:07 pm

Who’s going to be her shield this time around?
Lord knows that “baby” can’t travel solo.

two of the most respected women in American politics
thanks for the laugh of the day !!!

At least Donna is articulate. T

The other has been, who has been out of office longer than she was in, not so much.

Let’s see how many ask Queen Heifer to stump for them this time around. My guess: zee-ro.

  8. Whatevs September 3, 2018 at 5:42 pm

    1) THis isn’t a debate. 2) Brazile has had an axe to grind as of late. 3) THe grinding has lead her off the deep end in one recent interview I saw. and

But why bother with this at all? It just sounds stupid.

    • Anonymous September 3, 2018 at 6:11 pm

My sentiment, whatevs. It’s not like a world summit. “I traveled two days to get here, pay attention!” last time. How can one NOT laugh?

  9. viv September 3, 2018 at 6:12 pm

I wouldn’t give 2 cents for a look at either of them. Donna Brazile is all about Donna Brazile, and….. who was the other one?

The Purge television show, debuting on USA Network (and, for its premiere and finale, on Syfy as well) this Tuesday, September 4.

Tina Fey’s and Julianne Moore’s Emmys were well deserved.

I know this is not the place for this but I have been following this site for 10 years. I drive for Uber and last night picked up 4 people visiting from Alaska. I started talking about Palin and they said everyone in Alaska knows Palin didn’t have that baby. I explained to them the national media never exposed that story. One of the women was in class with Bristol years ago and said ‘she got pregnant from that guy, oh what’s his name?’ I asked her if she knew the guy that got Bristol pregnant and she said yes, she just couldn’t remember his name. I find it amazing that even 10 years later the national media never corrected the story. Maybe it will come up in the debate.

Palin will never show up. Brazile will wipe the floor with her. All Palin has is some accusations about impropriety or cheating and that’s it. All she has is attacking the opponent. Palin knows nothing about policy

  14. bid September 3, 2018 at 10:26 pm

They will look at the “divide?” Palin pretty much caused it. She is an untreated addict, a narcissist, ignorant, believes in a gaseous vertebrate savior found elsewhere and at a different time, and is dysfunctional – AND – at this event she will somehow self-audit and objectively see herself and her part in this?

Mother of Christ – THAT is insanity!!!!

“As a delegate for the Democratic National Convention, Brazile consistently refrained from declaring her preferred Democratic presidential candidate. In an interview with political satirist Stephen Colbert, Brazile stated, “Look, I’m a woman, so I like Hillary. I’m black; I like Obama. But I’m also grumpy, so I like John McCain.” At the Rules Committee meeting to decide on the final allocations for these states she was quoted: “My momma taught me to play by the rules and respect those rules. My mother taught me, and I’m sure your mother taught you, that when you decide to change the rules, middle of the game, end of the game, that is referred to as cheating.” $O Oct.11-2016>
“Brazile at first vehemently denied receiving or furnishing the Clinton campaign with any town hall questions and dismissed the Wikileaks organization as “these sad ass whipper leakers try to slow my groove”. She accused TYT Politics reporter Jordan Chariton of “badgering a woman.” Questioned by Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly, Brazile said,
“As a Christian woman, I understand persecution. I will not sit here and be persecuted because your information is totally false.”
“In a talk at the College of Journalism and Mass Communications on the University of Nebraska–Lincoln campus on October 12, Brazile condemned the leaks, which intelligence officials said came from Russia, were to “manipulate an election, disrupt or discredit or destroy our democracy” and ultimately try to “produce an outcome more favorable to them and their interests,”THEN>
“CNN said it had accepted her formal resignation on October 14, adding:
“We are completely uncomfortable with what we have learned about her interactions with the Clinton campaign while she was a CNN contributor.” “On November 1, 2016, an internal call about the COLLUSION was initiated by CNN President Jeff Zucker. Zucker informed his staff that, while the instances have been fully investigated and the perpetrators dealt with, the perception that campaigns could receive questions in advance “hurts all of us,” adding that, “I have no tolerance for her behavior or that kind of behavior,” going on to describe former network commentator Brazile’s interactions with the Clinton campaign as “unethical” and “disgusting.” “March 17, 2017, Brazile admitted to forwarding debate questions to Clinton’s campaign” “I did in my role as a Democratic operative and D.N.C. Vice Chair prior to assuming the interim D.N.C. Chair position was to share potential town hall topics with the Clinton campaign.”
“In her book HACKS, she claims that she does not remember sending any such email, doesn’t believe that she would, and didn’t find any such email when she searched her own files. She claims that she made admissions of guilt in order to do what was best for the campaign and to put the matter behind her.”
    “On November 4, 2017, more than 100 former Clinton campaign staffers published an open letter saying they “do not recognize the campaign she portrays in the book.” They said they were shocked to learn that Brazile had considered replacing Clinton on the ticket and dismayed that Brazile had seemingly bought into “false Russian-fueled propaganda” {femalE-MAILS}

Why in the world would Donna Brazile do this?

  17. Lou Sarah September 4, 2018 at 9:40 am

“It ain’t the way I wanted it! I can handle things. I’m smart. Not like everybody says, like dumb. I’m smart and I want respect!”

Ugh, I never really disliked Palin, she was always just this stupid person who said stupid or false things.

I used to work in an office where Brazile was a regular, and I hated her then, and 20ish years later the feeling still exists.

AllI really want from this is a well-placed asteroid
