President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen has indicated to family and friends he is willing to cooperate with federal investigators to alleviate the pressure on himself and his family, according to a source familiar with the matter.

Cohen has expressed anger with the treatment he has gotten from the President, who has minimized his relationship with Cohen, and comments from the President’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani, the source said. The treatment has left him feeling isolated and more open to cooperating, the source said.

Asked by reporters Friday if he was worried about Cohen cooperating, Trump said, “I did nothing wrong, nothing wrong.” He also said he hasn’t spoken with Cohen “in a long time,” adding, “I always liked Michael and he’s a good person.”

When asked if Cohen was still his attorney, Trump responded with this:

“No, he’s not my lawyer — anymore.”

I do not think Cohen knew that until it was reported in the news.

Cohen’s attorneys have also been trying to shut Michael Avenatti up.

President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen filed for a restraining order late Thursday against Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti, to prevent him from speaking to the press about the adult film star’s lawsuit.

“Avenatti’s actions are mainly driven by his seemingly unquenchable thirst for publicity,” the filing said, alleging that Avenatti “routinely denigrates” Cohen.

Avenatti’s “publicity tour,” the filing said, is “likely to result in Mr. Cohen being deprived of his right to a fair trial, and threatens to turn what should be a solemn federal court proceeding into a media circus.”

As you might have predicted this did not work, and a judge has already denied the motion.

And, of course, that attempt only has Avenatti speaking out even more.

Avenatti hasn’t really commented on the case, but on other happenings in which public figures are involved – his right as a citizen. Glad the judge in this case upheld the 1st Amendment.

Trump LIED 19 times today during his “press” meeting, so why would Mikey believe anything trump says .

Also during his press meeting trump told a woman reporter to be quiet and they got him on mic saying she is obnoxious. I hope they keep asking him relevant, tough questions because he is going to crack soon, especially since he thinks he is god and dictator of the USA

Rudy blabbed today that this whole investigation will be cleaned up with pardons.

Sounds like rudy just admitted they are all guilty and will be found guilty or is trump going to pardon the not guilty too because it makes him feel so powerful: )
