Didn’t Canada just refuse to sell her crap?

Ivanka Trump has decided to shut down her company after deciding to pursue a career in public policy instead of returning to her fashion company.
Trump’s clothing and accessory business has been operating with limitations to reduce potential violations of ethics laws and the perceptions she’s profiteering off her White House role. Given those restrictions, Ivanka, who serves as a senior adviser to President Donald Trump, decided it didn’t make sense to keep the company running if she’s not returning after her father’s presidency, two people with knowledge of her decision-making process told CNN.
“When we first started this brand, no one could have predicted the success that we would achieve. After 17 months in Washington, I do not know when or if I will ever return to the business, but I do know that my focus for the foreseeable future will be the work I am doing here in Washington, so making this decision now is the only fair outcome for my team and partners,” Ivanka Trump said in a statement.
“I am beyond grateful for the work of our incredible team who has inspired so many women; each other and myself included. While we will not continue our mission together, I know that each of them will thrive in their next chapter.”
Yeah if you buy that bullshit about wanting to pursue public policy instead of being a walking talking mannequin for her own line of cheap ass clothing, I have some poorly sown blazers and skirts to sell you.
The facts are that Ivanka’s brand has been suffering ever since her daddy demonstrated to the world that he is a Kremlin-controlled KKK member.
There was also the scrutiny that came her way after Trump made “America First” his tagline, and journalists discovered that not one thing she put her name one was made in America.

While President Trump has chastised companies for outsourcing jobs overseas, an examination by The Washington Post has revealed the extent to which Ivanka Trump’s company relies exclusively on foreign factories in countries such as Bangladesh, Indonesia, and China, where low-wage laborers have limited ability to advocate for themselves.
And while Ivanka Trump published a book this spring declaring that improving the lives of working women is “my life’s mission,” The Post found that her company lags behind many in the apparel industry when it comes to monitoring the treatment of the largely female workforce employed in factories around the world.
In other words, she is a fraud, just like her father. And because of that people are simply not buying her poorly made garbage anymore.

Ivanka Trump’s fashion line has taken quite a beating since her father took office.
Several major outlets, including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Marshalls, have scaled their Ivanka Trump offerings way back. The brand’s sales numbers have slipped significantly since the election, and many women say they’ve gone out of their way to avoid Ivanka Trump products.
Now, one of Canada’s largest department stores has said it will stop carrying her clothing, shoes, and accessories.
On Friday, Hudson’s Bay Co. pulled all Ivanka Trump products from its website. And it says it will stop selling her products in its 90 bricks-and-mortar stores across the country. (Hudson’s Bay also owns Saks Fifth Avenue, which also offers no Ivanka Trump merchandise online, and Lord & Taylor, which does.)
In a statement, the company said the decision was based on the brand’s “performance.”
“As part of our regular course of business, we review our merchandise offerings and make appropriate changes,” the company said in a statement. Officials also said Trump’s company had been notified of the decision last fall.
Like I said nobody wants to sell her poorly made crap anymore.
However, there is still hope for Ivanka once her father’s presidency implodes in on itself.
All she has to do is give Bristol Palin a call and get in on that sweet sweet poop tea promotion.
