The FBI says it was unable to locate any photos of former FBI Director James Comey and special counsel Robert Mueller “hugging and kissing” after President Trump claimed he could provide 100 such images.

BuzzFeed News reporter Jason Leopold on Tuesday shared the Justice Department’s response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request he filed with the bureau asking for photographs of Mueller and Comey “hugging and kissing each other.”

The FBI said in response that its search did not turn up any records corresponding with Leopold’s request.

Wait, you mean the president of the United States lied? Again?

Here is the response from James Comey.

Hey before we dismiss this out of hand we should entertain the notion that his evidence is being kept with the same evidence that Trump has in his possession proving that there are Middle Eastern terrorists traveling with the migrant caravan.

“There’s no proof of anything!!” Should be Trump’s campaign slogan for 2020.

I want Trump to undergo an MRI to detect if he has an actual human brain that of 70 year old grouch.

Don the Con lies every time he opens his mouth and speaks. It is all that he does. The problem is that the people who support him also approve of his lies.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if the FBI would pass on the cost for this search to Trump whose lie was the trigger for that expenditure. He costs the taxpayers so much money in so many ways and he should pay for all the costs for any search generated by his lies.

Let’s not forget he still hasn’t shown us Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate either. Where is he hiding all this evidence? in the same place as his tax returns?

    OT?
    https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2018/10/text-messages-show-roger-stone-was-working-to-get-a-pardon-for-wikileaks-julian-assange/

” “I am working with others to get JA a blanket pardon,” Stone wrote, in a January 6 exchange of text messages obtained by Mother Jones. “It’s very real and very possible.
Don’t fuck it up.” Thirty-five minutes later Stone added: “Something very big about to go down.”

statements that suggested he had knowledge of WikiLeaks’ plans to publish emails stolen from Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta, and other Democrats, and his interactions with WikiLeaks have become an intense focus of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation into Russian election interference. As Mueller’s team zeroes in on Stone, they have examined his push for an Assange pardon—which could be seen as an attempt to interfere with the Russia probe—and have questioned at least one of Stone’s associates about the effort. Stone confirmed the pardon effort, though declined to answer specific questions. “I most definitely advocated a pardon for Assange,” he said in an email. He also said that he had “most certainly urged my friend Andrew Napolitano” to support an Assange pardon.”

““If Stone worked with WikiLeaks on the release DNC emails, an effort by Stone to try to help Assange secure a pardon could be considered evidence of a conspiracy to obstruct justice,” says Paul Rosenzweig, a former senior counsel to Kenneth Starr on the Whitewater investigation.”

“Stone recently emailed supporters, while drumming up donations to his legal defense fund, “Robert Mueller is coming for me.” “

He’ll just say the FBI are incompetent and in the pockets of [insert whoever here] until he can use them for his own gain. Then suddenly they’re the best on the planet. Fabulous at their jobs.

Oh, look! They caught the bomber in five days and Trump is so effusive about how wonderful the FBI are.

Should we start a pool over how long it will be before he does another 180 and calls them incompetent, tools of the left, traitors, etc.?
