Donald Trump blames overwhelmingly bad news about him on Google, claiming it favors “fake news.”

By | 2018-08-28T16:07:27+00:00 August 28th, 2018|Categories: Front Page, News|Tags: , , , , , |30 Comments

I know we are getting a little numb to all of this, but just take a moment to realize that this is a president who claims that the preponderance of factual reporting which paints him in a bad light is due to a conspiracy to prevent access to good news about him.

And then, apparently, to make his point, Trump posts this tweet.

So, to be clear, the Washington Post and New York Times are fake news, but an opinion by a Trump sycophant on Fox News is supposed to be taken as fact?

That is a whole new level of crazy.

Next he’ll claim reality itself is rigged against him. He’s really unraveling.

      I’m kinda enjoying it, myself.
We’ll recover long after he’s gone, strait jacket or otherwise.

I’d enjoy it much more if he weren’t taking the trip to the mental hospital with so many followers.

Don rumpt is really a mess. His attempt to manipulate and control media as all communist DICKtaters do will fail. Don is on his way OUT, his crimes are many, his lies are his reality. His lies are not America’s reality. We will see him in Court under oath and going to prison.

Google gives Trump a look at reality. Trump doesn’t like it.

…And it just so happens that the vast majority of those stories are negative. Because: How do you place a positive spin on dissing John McCain? How do you place a positive spin on the conviction of Paul Manafort? How do you place a positive spin on the guilty plea of Michael Cohen? How do you place a positive spin on Trump calling Omarosa Manigault Newman a “low life”? How do you place a positive spin on Helsinki? Come on, Mr. President — you gotta give Google something to work with.

My comment is along similar lines, he doesn’t want to see “bad” news, stop making the bad news. Also if he weren’t on twitter 24/7 a lot less bad news would be reported.

Sorry, dumb@ss, you may have been able to ride herd on your mafia, but there’s this little thing called the Constitution and rules of law. Make your faces, cross your arms, threaten, and tweet until the cows come home. It won’t change one thing in the court of public opinion worldwide. In the end, WE win.

‘“I think Google is really taking advantage of a lot of people, and I think that’s a very serious thing, and it’s a very serious charge,”

“I think what Google and others are doing — if you look at what’s going on at Twitter and Facebook, they better be careful because you can’t do that to people. You can’t do it.”

“We have tremendous, literally thousands and thousands of complaints coming in. And you just can’t do that. So I think that Google and Twitter and Facebook, they’re really treading on very, very troubled territory.
You have to be careful. It’s not fair to large portions of the population.”’

“Trump has come totally unglued”>”Two sources briefed on the matter told me that senior officials talked about inviting Rudy Giuliani and a group of Trump’s New York real-estate friends including Tom Barrack, Richard LeFrak, and Howard Lorber to the White House to stage an “intervention” last week. “It was supposed to be a WAR council,” one source explained. But Trump refused to take the meeting.” “He has refused to acknowledge and hush money payments because he is afraid of his wife, and he is so consumed by all of his various scandals that he isn’t even trying to govern, which raises the question, is anyone running the United States of America right now?”

I might get a headache thinking about what is good news and fake news to Donald Trump. Sometimes I hear him saying no one reports the good news. Then I feel a bit crazy because I heard or read the good news item from multiple sources all of which he has labeled “fake news”!

it is interesting when you consider exactly that — the google algorithm — so is he saying that his fans are googling him and getting fake news/negative stories? cause that would really be something — means google really really tried but there was nada.
