Well, that’s new.

Courtesy of Twin Cities Pioneer Press:

Mayor Melvin Carter has asked David Martinez to immediately drop out of the city council race after the Ward 4 candidate’s recent behavior made headlines and stirred controversy.

In a span of three days earlier this month, Martinez was accused of domestic abuse, ejected and banned from Target Field and arrested and banned from St. Paul public libraries. And on Saturday, it appears Martinez posted a topless photo of his estranged wife on his campaign website in response to being served a restraining order.

The website appeared to have been suspended by WordPress late Sunday. The site now says “ is no longer available. This blog has been archived or suspended in accordance with our Terms of Service.”

Meanwhile, Carter’s request for Martinez to leave the council race remains unanswered. Martinez did not return calls.

Apparently, Martinez posted the picture in response to receiving a restraining order from his wife’s attorney.

Which of course is always the appropriate response, right?

And they say we have seen everything in American politics.

By the way, I just want to point out that this guy is a Democrat, so no not every crazy thing that happens in politics is due to the Republicans.

Just most of them.

Did anyone else notice that Dakota Meyers but changed again? He’s no longer a husband… not surprising in the least bit.

There are so many photos of Dakota hugging muscle builders at his Instagram site, many people have concluded he is gay.

Dakota should show real bravery and come out of the closet..

He doesn’t need to go back inside his closet and long as religion is outside the church.

OT-FYI “. She even invoked the Bible to justify the cruelty. Immigration was not the only issue involved. Gay and transgender employees at the Red Hen objected to Donald Trump’s homophobic policies.” “In the “Breaking News” coverage of this event,
the media missed something” “Lexington is not a typical college town. Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson are both interred there, and Confederate heritage tourism thrives. The southern poet and literary critic Allan Tate once declared that Virginia’s reverence for Civil War heroes resembles “ancestor worship.” If Tate was right, Lexington is practically Mecca.” “A wall at VMI is inscribed with Jackson’s dictum: “you can be whatever you resolve to be.” Ironically, Jackson copied that modern phrase from a best-selling advice manual by William Andrus Alcott, an abolitionist and the uncle of Louisa May Alcott.”
