So this Teen Mom OG show premiered last night with a special Meet the Moms episode.
During the program, Bristol Palin talked about how Dakota met and proposed to her.

Bristol recalls meeting Dakota for the first time and admits that they got engaged “really fast,” nearly a month after dating.
The veteran popped the question at a Rascal Flatts concert, and the night turned out to be very important for more reasons than one.
“He got down on one knee at the concert, and I got pregnant the night we got engaged,” Bristol reveals. “My parents just said, ‘Here’s a check for the wedding. We’re going to have a big wedding. Let’s have a big celebration!’ I just found out I was pregnant with Sailor and I just got cold feet. I just had hesitation about marrying him. I left and he was heartbroken and we didn’t talk again until Sailor was born.”
Wait, is that how that happened?
Bristol and Dakota reunited after the birth of their first daughter and eloped shortly thereafter.
Not long after tying the knot with Dakota, Bristol was pregnant again. “He gets a vasectomy, within two weeks found out I’m pregnant,” she remembers. “It wasn’t that much of a shocker for me. I was super excited. But for him, I think he was a little devastated because he knew that being pregnant with Atlee was going to change a lot of things.”
I’m a little fuzzy on the wording here.
Is Bristol saying that Dakota got a vasectomy two weeks after finding out that she was pregnant again, or that he got the vasectomy and then two weeks later she was pregnant?
Because that those are two very separate scenarios.
On the show, Bristol also talks about Dakota’s PTSD.

Bristol said that when her husband is experiencing this anxiety, he’ll “lash out and say very evil things.” She said it’s a “challenge”, and to be honest, she’s just not sure “how much more” she can take. During a conversation in their kitchen, which Bristol said will air later this season, Bristol wonders which of his behaviors really stems from the PTSD. She often wonders whether he’s actually just “being a d***”. To that admission, though, Dakota became extremely emotional. He told producers, “At the end of the day, I watched my whole team die on Sept. 8, 2009. There’s not one day I don’t wake up and I don’t see those guys, listening to them screaming on the radio. And I have to sit here and listen to her tell me it’s a ‘f***ing excuse’? You wonder why I go off the rails and it’s amplified? All I want is her to love me and be there for my scars. And I still get up and pay the bills, and I’m still a good father, and I still try to be a good husband. It’s not like I go to hotel rooms and lock myself in for a week and drink or I beat my wife. She’s looked at me and said, you know what, ‘You’re a f***ing joke.’”
He continued, “She sat in front of a PTSD doctor and a marriage counselor and said, ‘Sometimes he can’t sleep at night and he goes and he just sits up. And I just lay in bed and wait for him to blow his f***ing head off.” Obviously, we were stunned to hear that, but Bristol says that conversation happened differently. She shot back, “I did not say it like that! You’re putting the complete narrative of this — it’s false.”
Remember Bristol’s parents pushed her into this relationship even after they claimed that their son was suffering from PTSD.
Bristol also talked about that incident on her “LIfe’s a Tripp” reality show that she feels was misrepresented.
Courtesy of Hollywood Gossip:
“There are so many stigmas attached with being a conservative,” Bristol says.
That, she claims, is the reason “that it’s super easy for people to label me or my family as certain things and they’re just not true.”
“I’m not homophobic,” she announces. “I’m not racist.”
Bristol appeared on reality television before. In 2013, she starred on Life’s a Tripp. There was a scene in which Tripp appeared to use a homophobic slur.
Bristol says that the original video showed him saying f–k instead, and that it was simply made to appear that he had been using a slur.
“It doesn’t make it OK that he said a cuss word,” Bristol says. “But there’s a big difference between saying a cuss word and going after individuals.”
She is absolutely right. That is why slurs are unacceptable. Also, little kids will just repeat words that they hear, especially if adults are entertained.
“Literally, I’m just pissed about it,” Bristol says. “I don’t care what you say about me, but I care what you say about Tripp.”
Really? It was misrepresented?
Well here is the video, you can judge for yourself.
And now Bristol is dragging her children, her ex-husband, and even her old boyfriend out into the public eye on yet another reality show so that people can once again see what a terrible, spouse, parent, and human being she really is.
What is that definition for insanity again?
